We want you to be happy. We are happy to exchange within 7 days if you change your mind (ie prefer a blue hammock over a green one).
If any product is damaged in transit please let us know asap so we can arrange free return of damaged product and quick delivery of a new one at our cost.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Hammock stands can only be shipped within Australia.
NOTE: Products ordered in the USA/Canada will be shipped directly from the artisans. It may take a little longer as they will make it from scratch (if not in stock).
We usually use Australia Post and you will receive a tracking number as soon as it has left our warehouse.
Occasionally we may use another courier such as Fastways.
